Raw milk & raw milk product sales were LEGAL in NH, but the law specifies the types of products allowed. While NO complaints have been made against our farm or ice cream, it was brought to the attention of the State that a few farms like us were selling products not specified on the list.

Bill HB95, which moved to add the words “Ice Cream” and “Frozen Yogurt” to the State’s raw milk law, was passed quickly by the House, but has  been delayed in the Senate since last year due to Covid. At their Spring session, the State Senate decided to postpone their vote until Fall 2021. Now the bill has passed both the Senate and House was signed by the Governor, so it’s a law!
